I remember one night several years ago a friend of mine asked me what I was going to make for dinner. It was around 8:30 pm, and I said, “oven fried chicken and vegetables.” She asked me if I had already cooked and I told her I was going to cook when I got home. It was in that moment I realized how quickly I was able to prepare a home-cooked meal each night, and wanted to find a way to help others do the same. I have always thought it is so unfortunate that people say don't have time to cook. I believe that people have the time to cook, they just do not have time to search through all of their cookbooks and magazines to find a recipe, only to find that they don’t have all of the ingredients to make it, and that their chosen recipe takes 2 hours to prepare. It was all of these things that led me to create Quick and Healthy Recipes for Active People cookbook. In the book, I created a collection of healthy meals, breads, sides, and desserts that you can easily prepare and enjoy everyday!
As friends, clients, and health seekers around the country have purchased and used Quick and Healthy Recipes for Active People, I realized that I had been successful in improving the health and lives of others!
As time has gone one, I have have kept creating recipes with the intention of publishing another cookbook... What I have determined is that busy and active people need more than just another book!
